HI DI HO GANG!!! emoticon
A good way we like to cook pork chops (did this Sunday for Mom and Dad).
1. Fry thick cut pork chops QUICKLY just to brown on both sides in butter.
2.Then layer 3 to 4 cored and sliced apples in a baking dish. Sprinkle about 3 tablespoons of brown sugar over them...then about 1 tablespoon of cinnamon...dot with 2 tablespoons of butter cut up...then top with browned pork chops.
3.Cover with foil, bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
We serve (since we have the oven on anyway) wedged potatoes drizzled with a bit of butter, covered with foil...baked till done. Then remove cover, sprinkle generously with shredded cheddar cheese....put back in oven until cheese is golden brown and starting to get crispy..

ADD a tossed salad and you are good to go! emoticon

GOOD WEDNESDAY MY FRIENDS!
Not much time online today. It's FINALLY going to be "Ladies day out". I think Mom has definite cabin fever! LOL
Then after we get back, Dad wants me to cut his hair. After that, Hubby has our car set up for an oil change! Best thing...I won't have to cook again. Hubby offered to take me out to dinner, seeing how I'm going to be running all over the place! WHOYEAH...
BUT FEAR NOT.....LOL I shall be back annoying you all tomorrow morning.
Hope that you all have a fantastic DAY!

GOOD THURSDAY MY FRIENDS!
Had a fun "Ladies day out" yesterday. Everyone must have had cabin fever. We keep being accused of "having a party"...from the place we had lunch all the way to the place we got our prescriptions filled...LOL I guess we sounded like we were having a good time. emoticon Got Dad's haircut done...he's gorgeous again. Was supposed to have cars oil changed...that fell through. So maybe on Friday. Did get dinner out and the grocery shopping done and home in time to watch Arrow and Supernatural. TODAY...not much, need to catch up on some bills and online stuff....so I should be around!

PASTOR....Probably you, seeing how I do not think you sleep! emoticon

It is when month's change at boards that I get lost for awhile. Then when I am sorting categories at TRD I visit each board and find myself again until I run out of month. I hope to be back tomorrow!
